The Indictment of KennyDMajor

On February 5th, 2022, President BBLB_YT reported missing enchantment books and stacks of emeralds from his chests. Furthermore, RiceMaster_ reported one of his pickaxes was missing. An investigation was launched to probe for a potential thief.

The investigation took place on February 5th (detailed below).

The Governor, Pickyman, spoke with the Attorney General about whether he would bring theft charges against the accused, KennyDmajor. The indictment brought numerous charges against Professor Moo and one charge against Mr. Moo Moo, to which they pleaded not guilty.

Following the mayoral election on December 9, 2020, Mayor-elect BBLB_YT filed a criminal complaint with the newly established court, dubbed the "Continental Court." The trial was set to begin the day after the election, December 10th, 2020. The jury in this new court was a full direct democracy, consisting of all players within the 1st SMP. The judge to govern the proceedings would be Pickyman, a supporter of the plaintiff BBLB_YT.

On February 8th, Attorney General Godspeed agreed to charge KennyDmajor with Burglary and Theft.

Verdict

Despite the assassination and oral arguments, the server jury voted a simple majority to acquit the charges brought against Mr. Moo Moo and Professor Moo.

BBLB_YT was unsatisfied with the ruling and blamed the jury for being rigged with majority supporters and handlers of Mr. Moo Moo.
