5th SMP

The 5th SMP (or the 5th Asian SMP) is speculated to be a private, whitelisted survival multiplayer (SMP) played by select members of the Asian Discord server and elsewhere. If announced, the server will be the 5th attempt to create long-lasting server activity, creativity, and lore. The 5th SMP will likely have predetermined progression, pre-planned events, and pre-built infrastructure before launch. The SMP may employ the Directorial Security Council-style governing body drafted by Pickyman in 2022.

The 5th SMP is speculated to begin after Minecraft 1.22.

With the early access release of Hytale in January 2026, there is potential for the 5th SMP to take place on this new sandbox experience.

Gather historically reliable and creative players.
Pre-built infrastructure that will be used to make recurring engagement. (Stadium, lottery, casino, horse race track, Squid Game-like challenge?)

A cohesive governing body that can meet on demand and sets a core focus on prosperity and engagement. Likely a Security Council-like political system.
Make the purpose of the SMP clear. Provide a lore framework or society-building plan.
Allow factions to form. Organize biconcurred wars and attacks to create history and lore. Unconsented attacks would be classified as an "illegal war" or "war crime."
With the future release of Hytale, could the SMP take place on this new sandbox experience?
