Pickyman is a member of the Asian SMP and is the first and current governor of the Judicial Congress. He was the presiding officer of the Provisional Government and writer of the SMP plan and Constitution.

Pickyman drafted and is the author of the SMP Plan, the Constitution, and other early documents. He was an appointer of the members of the Provisional Government.
He is the author of the founding documents of the 1.18 Asian SMP, the SMP plan, and the Constitution.
On opening day, Pickyman settled on the floor of Spawn, about 90 blocks away from the Capitol.
During the emergency session on March 5th to resolve the contingent election, Pickyman ruled in favor of RiceMaster_ on the grounds that "[Since they tied], both of the disputed candidates will have a role in the executive branch." if RiceMaster_ was chosen.
