Kingpin (not_Kingpin) was a member of the 4th SMP. He was the leader of Rizztopia. He was the arbiter and instigator of the War Threats conflict that the 4th SMP experienced.

On June 19th, he declared war against the Ricelings because of their large membership compared to other factions. In the same day, he constructed potentially the first structure, the Fortress of Rizztopia, the faction's headquarters.
On June 26th, after Brodman002 allegedly killed Kingpin's horse, Kingpin allegedly unjustly attacked Brodman002's base, which was partially destroyed. In response, he was banned for 12 hours. Following this event, he stopped participating in the 4th SMP.
