Enchantment Act

The Enchantment Act was a legislative resolution regarding world progression following the Nether Act passed by the 1st Judicial Congress that granted the ability for players to enchant tools, obtain enchantment books and construct enchanting tables at the Community Resources area. Previous restrictions and bans from the Nether Act remained in place with the additions of prohibiting enchanting armor, villager halls, and selling prohibited items. The bill was passed on January 16th, 2022, and was signed into law by President BBLB_YT on January 17th, 2022.

THE ENCHANTMENT ACT: An act to advance world progression.

RESOLVED: Jan. 16, 2022

Definitions: 1.18 Asian SMP = "SMP"

GRANTS:

SMP players shall be able to obtain enchantment books.
SMP players shall be able to use enchanting tables.
SMP players shall be able to enchant their tools to their liking.
A level 30 enchantment table shall be built in the Community Resources area.

PROHIBITED:

Exploring Nether structures (fortress, bastions) shall remain prohibited.
NO NETHERITE.
Actively looking for diamonds shall remain prohibited.
Players are NOT authorized to obtain and wear ENCHANTED armor.
Villager halls and trading shall remain prohibited.
Selling prohibited items shall be prohibited.
Strip mining shall remain prohibited.

MISCELLANEOUS:

The Judicial Congress shall have the power to enforce prohibited world progression items by appropriate legislation.
