Nether Act

The Nether Act was the first legislative resolution regarding world progression passed by the 1st Judicial Congress that granted the ability for players to create Nether Portals to enter the Nether and obtain plain diamond armor and tools. The act was the first formal legislation to prohibit strip mining and Netherite items. Additionally, the law didn't allow players to explore or loot generated structures in the Nether. The bill was passed and signed into law by President BBLB_YT on January 2nd, 2022.
