The first meeting, (December 7, 2021)

The Provisional Members physically met for the first time at ~7:20 AM on December 7th, 2021. The meeting began with Pickyman explaining general logistics and facts of the Constitution and tasks the Members were to resolve. The first item that was discussed was the general rules the SMP would have. Only a few were presented and agreed upon. By ~7:31 AM the meeting ended. 

Later in the day, the members were addressed virtually at 4:34 PM on December 7th, 2021 with the purpose to ratify the Constitution. Officially at 7:26 PM, the Asian SMP Constitution was ratified by all 5 members, only 4 were needed.

The second meeting, (December 8, 2021)

The next day, the Provisional Members met a second time physically at ~7:23 AM on December 8th, 2021. The quorum for meetings was 4/5 members. In this meeting, it was barely met as Vastator25 was absent. This meeting began with Pickyman laying what steps were next. The first item discussed in this meeting was revisiting the general rules and amending them. After adding to the rules, they next discussed player whitelisting. Who will be whitelisted for opening day? They agreed that at least the 4 present members would be whitelisted. After 2 other people were agreed upon, the discussion of waiting to add to the whitelist until later or possibly even after the SMP is announced. The present members gained the consensus of that discussion.

Like in the first meeting, later in the day, the members were addressed virtually at 4:00 PM on December 8th, 2021 regarding the issue of whether to pass the proposed general rules for the SMP. At 4:13 PM the members passed the SMP General Statutes.

Other meetings, (December 9, 2021-January 1, 2022)

On December 9th, Provisional Members met only virtually on the disputed issue of certain election measures. The main issues were identified and members were tasked to agree on the resolves.

The next day, December 10th, the Provisional Members met virtually to finish resolving disputed election measures. Once it was finally resolved, the Election Act of 2021 was formally proposed on December 10th. The proposal was passed by the members around 5 PM on that day.

On December 14th, members pass the Provisional Infrastructure Act, which permitted important buildings to be built before opening day.

A critical choice was decided on December 22nd. That choice was what will be the SMP seed. The members were presented with 2 samples that fit the SMP plan. At 3:46 PM, all members chose the 2nd sample as the official seed of the 1.18 Asian SMP. 

After the holidays, Pickyman proposed additional provisions of whitelisting and what the agenda would be for players on the opening week. 

On December 27th, the date at which the SMP would be announced and when the SMP would open was chosen; December 28th and December 30th.

A day before opening day, members reviewed three whitelist requests, the requests of GodspeedAssassin benss_, and hockeyben42. GodspeedAssassin and benss_ were both approved unanimously. In contrast, hockeyben42's request didn't receive a sufficient number of votes (4/5) to be whitelisted; the vote was 1-1 with 3 members not voting.

Finally, on December 30th, the SMP officially opened at about 6 PM. 

After the first elections, on January 1st, at 12 PM, the Provisional Government has adjourned sine die.
