The legislative-judicial branch(es) of the 3rd Asian SMP Government was composed of 5 members known as the Judicial Congress (Jury) that were chosen every 35 days by block voting.
The Judicial Congress had powers to levy and collect taxes; coin money and regulate its value; provide punishment for counterfeiting; establish post offices and roads, and paths; combat piracies and felonies; raise and support armies/militias; make rules for land, water, and sky; exercise exclusive legislation to spawn; regulate commerce; to make laws necessary to properly execute powers.
