BBLB_YT's approach to the 4th SMP was to be simple. There was no constitution and no specific living conditions. Simply a list of basic rules typical on an SMP. He also wanted to include server plugins to create a more unique experience. For example, he added Gravestones, proximity chat, and custom maps, to name a few.

However, within the SMP rules, a punishment system was laid out based on increments of punishments. He said that the first offenses would receive 'warnings,' the second would be a 12-hour ban, the third would be a 72-hour ban, and the fourth would be a permanent ban.

It became evident some decision-making body would be necessary to execute these rules and punishments. Therefore, he appointed the Emergency Council, later called the Security Council. BBLB_YT told the council that it was for addressing emergencies and determining the 'severity of someone's offense.'

On day one of the 4th SMP, conflict started between the Rizztopia, Ricelings, and Rusties. A threat of war was on the horizon. BBLB_YT made the council aware of the situation. Pickyman suggested that bbens be ousted from the council due to his association with Rizztopia. BBLB_YT kicked bbens from the Security Council on June 19th, 2023. 

Following the expulsion, BBLB_YT proposed that each faction should get one representative in the council. Further, due to increasing threats at the time, he also backed up the server constantly.

After Not_Kingpin continued to frustrate the server, he and BBLB_YT debated each other.

Following Not_Kingpin's immediate 12-hour ban after allegedly blowing up a portion of someone's base, BBLB_YT ended the ban early since Brodman002 wanted him unbanned.
